Hi
Received a bag of seed via a courier and they admitted damaging the packaged and a lot of seed was lost. I raised this with extra customer service a month ago and still not even a reply.
So product is good well 1/2 of it, courier company bad, and customer service non existent
Edit: the company has now responded and resolved my issue with zero fuss and a mutually agreeable resolution.
