Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to customers in the following locations:

• Mainland UK
• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man

At the moment, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Wight.

If you live outside our delivery areas, Extra Select products may still be available through a network of UK stockists.

Delivery Times & Charges

Orders are usually processed within five working days.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within two to four business days. UK bank holidays may affect processing and delivery times.

Delivery charges are as follows:

• Mainland UK orders of £30 or more: Free delivery
• Mainland UK orders under £30: £7.19
• Other locations: Calculated at checkout

Missed Deliveries & Safe Place Instructions

If no one is available to accept the parcel, the courier may leave a delivery attempt card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collection.

If you provide safe place or delivery instructions, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered in line with those instructions.

If a redelivery is required due to a failed delivery or failed collection, an additional standard delivery charge may apply.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you by email to let you know. We may offer an estimated delivery timeframe, a suitable alternative, or a refund.
